MRN is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our community by working with local professionals and businesses. Many businesses are simply unable to provide all the resources they would like for their employees. MRN Employers Resource Alliance provides employees information/solutions on a wide range of topics.
More than ever before employees may be suffering from stressors at home. Employees may simply need options that enable them to enjoy life or they may be struggling to care for aging or ill parents or spouse. Others may have the added challenge of child care. These factors could contribute to; increased absenteeism, reduced productivity, workplace injuries even loss of quality employees, all undesirable results. Employers Resource Alliance provides information/solutions allowing your workforce to remain productive.
Employers are asked to offer employees MRN services/programs semi-annually. No request will be made to become an exclusive resource. MRN Speakers, Panel Discussions and Expo Exhibits are also available.
